The Club proudly hosted the championship on Saturday 20th April. A huge thank you to 1st Rear Commodore Tim Carson who was the Club’s representative on the organising committee and ensured the success of the event on the day.

A total of 47 men, ladies, veterans, and juniors registered their catches on the day which included three Club members (Tim Carson, Rhyss Whittred & Clint John) and Clint’s son Charlie John who was the Junior competition winner. Well done Charlie!

The Club provided the pizza on Friday night and bacon and egg burgers from Woodies for breakfast on Saturday morning. Our thanks to Tim Carson’s employer who sponsored the presentation pizzas.

Great to see this type of activity at the Club.
